Air-beam support with seven floor-plan choices.

Air-beam field shelter

PVC air beams form the support structure beneath an Oxford-fabric cover. The pictured 12 m² layout has a 3 × 4 m footprint, screened side windows and an end entrance; larger footprints are listed separately below. The beam, valve and cover details show how this shelter differs from a sectional steel-frame tent.

Seven footprint choices

The range spans compact 12 m² shelters through larger 60 m² layouts.

15 m²3 × 5 m
20 m²5 × 4 m

Cover and air-beam materials

Connected air-frame structure

Roof arches connect through lateral tubes to a continuous lower perimeter. This integrated frame supports the roof and side walls within the selected footprint.

Valve and connector details

Layered entrance closures

Separate inner and outer zippers provide access through the entrance layers, with individual pullers and reinforced edges.

Covered service opening

A covered opening low in the wall provides a connection position for a ventilation or heating-and-cooling duct.

Open interior layout

Air beams follow the walls and roof, leaving an open floor area beneath. Screened windows admit daylight, with a blue groundsheet across the interior.

Reinforced attachment points

Short webbing secures the metal D-ring over a rounded reinforcing patch, creating an attachment point on the cover.

Covered guy-rope connection

A separate connection sits beneath a fabric flap, with woven rope passing through an internal ring.
